Al-Mamal Studios is a unique institution that provides training in audiovisual subjects, filling a gap in the education sector of East Jerusalem. The studio offers a variety of facilities, including a sound recording studio, film green room, five editing stations, and a lecture hall all of which are equipped with cutting-edge equipment that is used by professionals worldwide. All of the staff members are experienced professionals that continue to work on high-level projects, providing students with real-world experiences.
The studio and its equipment are also available for professionals in East Jerusalem to use, as long as it does not interfere with the student’s coursework. The green room, which is the only one of its kind in the city, and some of the equipment are not available anywhere else in East Jerusalem, making the studio a valuable resource for the audiovisual sector..
